Les mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents le lancement de la production, une broyeuse \u00e0 paille industrielle, ultra moderne, efficace et ax\u00e9e sur la qualit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e. Cette entreprise fabrique ce produit nouvellement lanc\u00e9 ANIbric paille hach\u00e9e, en exclusivit\u00e9 pour le groupe fenaco-LANDI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les balles ont une dimension de 80 x 110 x 120 cm, p\u00e8sent environ 300 kg et sont reli\u00e9es avec 7 bandes plastique. Les brins de paille sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement hach\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une longueur d\u2019environ 4 cm. Les dimensions des balles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9es pour un transport \u00e9conomique et \u00e9cologique. De plus, il y a des balles d\u2019environ 150 kg (dimension de 80 x 55 x 120 cm), li\u00e9es avec 4 bandes plastiques, pour les exploitations de montagne et l\u2019agriculture de loisir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces balles solides et tr\u00e8s compactes permettent plusieurs transbordements et se pr\u00eatent tr\u00e8s bien \u00e0 un entreposage temporaire. La paille hach\u00e9e ANIbric correspond parfaitement aux exigences les plus actuelles. Pour le produit de base, une partie de la paille provient de leur propre production, ainsi que de la paille achet\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gion. Le contr\u00f4le de qualit\u00e9 est assur\u00e9 en permanence par les collaborateurs de la production. Ce produit de qualit\u00e9 est partiellement d\u00e9poussi\u00e9r\u00e9, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement une possible contamination bact\u00e9rienne. Lors du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication, la poussi\u00e8re est aspir\u00e9e et r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e dans une installation r\u00e9gionale de biogaz. Ainsi, le cercle positif pour une production soucieuse de la qualit\u00e9 et respectueuse de l\u2019environnement se referme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Logistique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Possible avec camion-remorque ou semi-remorque \u00e0 condition que l\u2019acc\u00e8s et le d\u00e9chargement soient garantis. Possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une combinaison avec des produits de paille traditionnels moyennant un suppl\u00e9ment de prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rapport qualit\u00e9-prix<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport qualit\u00e9-prix, en comparaison \u00e0 des grosses balles traditionnelles, est meilleure et plus \u00e9conomique pour l\u2019\u00e9leveur, ceci gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la forme tr\u00e8s compacte
